Deposits and Fees
Rentals and outfitting are priced by the calendar day. Payment in full 3 weeks prior to reservation is required to complete any reservation for rentals, trips, or courses. We will accept cash, personal check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) for payment. Reservations may be made through email confirmation payment link or by phone with a credit card. All fees are due in full before the start of your rental, trip, or course. A credit card imprint is required as a security deposit for all rentals. This credit card imprint will be returned when equipment is returned undamaged.
Refund of Deposits
Early Returns
If you return equipment before the scheduled end of your rental period, you will be refunded 50% for each full-day remaining of the rental period. This does not apply to one-day rentals. One-day rentals are paid in full with no refund.
We reserve the right to cancel your rental or program at any time due to weather considerations. This decision is the sole responsibility of Adirondack Lakes & Trails Outfitters. In the event of a weather cancellation, we will contact you at the number previously provided. You are then eligible for a full refund or a reschedule.

- Cancellation 7 days or more in advance: 100% of deposit less $20 processing fee .
- Cancellation 7 days or less:
- 50% refund of total amount
- 100% store credit or future rental or service
