Deposits & Refunds

Rentals and outfitting are priced by the calendar day.

A 50% deposit is required to complete any reservation for rentals, trips or courses. We will accept cash, personal check or credit card for payment. Reservations may be made by phone with a credit card. All fees are due in full before the start of your rental, trip, or course. A credit card imprint is required as a security for all rentals. This will be returned when equipment is returned undamaged.

Refunds Of Deposits

  • Cancellation one week or more in advance - 40%
  • Cancellation within 4-6 days - 20%
  • No refund for cancellation 3 days or less

Early Return

If you return equipment before the scheduled end of your rental period, you will be refunded 50% for each full-day remaining of the rental period. This does not apply to one-day rentals. One-day rentals are paid in full with no refund.
